Spain – Novomatic acquires Gran Casino Aljarafe

The Novomatic Group has bought Aljarafe Gran Casino, the only casino operator in the province of Seville through its subsidiary Admiral Casinos.

With this operation, and with the recent opening of Casino Admiral San Roque in the province of Cadiz, the Austrian Group is continuing its expansion strategy in the Spanish market. Over the coming months it is expected a significant investment will be made in the casino, in order to offer an innovative and comprehensive mix of gaming, entertainment and food.

Manfred Schartner, Managing Director of Admiral Casinos, said: “Customer satisfaction is our top priority.”

Bernhard Teuchmann, Managing Director Novomatic Gaming Spain, added: “The Novomatic Group is committed to using local resources on their investments. Some of our goals are to promote local employment and investments impact on the area.”
